DATA YANG DIKUMPULKAN Statistik Pertanian Hortikultura SPH Merangkum Data Tentang Luas Tanaman Akhir Triwulan Yang Lalu, Luas Tambah Tanam, Luas Panen Habis Dan Belum Habis, Luas Rusak/ Puso, Luas Tanaman Akhir Triwulan, Produksi Dari Panen Habis Dan Belum Habis, Satuan Produksi Dan Harga Jual Petani Tanaman Biofarmaka. 3. METODOLOGI Metode Yang Digunakan Dalam Survei Ini Adalah Metode Pencacahan Lengkap Terhadap Seluruh Kecamatan Di Indonesia. Data Tanaman Biofarmaka Dikumpulkan Secara Triwulanan. Beberapa Sumber Untuk Mendapatkan Data Hortikultura Sebagai Berikut 1. Informasi Dari Petani/Kelompok Tani 2. Laporan Petani Kepada Kepala Desa 3. Penghitungan Dengan Pendekatan Banyak Bibit Yang Digunakan 4. Perkiraan Pengamatan Di Lapangan 5. Sumber Lain Pedagang, Asosiasi, Koperasi, Pemberdayaan Dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga PKK, Horticulture Sub-Sector Has Contributed Significantly In Supporting The National Economy, Availability Of Food Products, Health And Cosmetics, Trade, Construction Of Gross Domestic Product And Absorption Of Worker. In Line With The Development In Economy And Knowledge Of Society, It Also Increase The Awareness Of The Importance Of Health And Treating Diseases Originating From Medicinal Plants. Therefore Data Of Medicinal Plants Is Very Important For Supporting Policy Makers And Planning Formulation, Informing Efficacy And Circumstance, And Also In Evaluating Agriculture Development Performance Of Medicinal Plants. 2. INFORMATION COLLECTED Horticulture Statistic Collects Information On Standing Crops At The Previous Quarter, Replanting Area, Harvested Area Demolished And Un Demolished, Damaged Area, Standing Crops At The End Of Reporting, Production Demolished And Un Demolished, Production Unit And Selling Price Of Medicinal Plant Farmers. 3. Kelompok Tanaman Rimpang Terdiri Dari Tanaman Jahe, Laos/Lengkuas, Kencur, Kunyit, Lempuyang, Temulawak, Temuireng, Temukunci Dan Dringo, Sedangkan Kelompok Tanaman Bukan Rimpang Terdiri Dari Tanaman Kapulaga, Mengkudu/Pace, Mahkota Dewa, Kejibeling, Sambiloto Dan Lidah Buaya. 5. ORGANISASI PENGUMPULAN DATA Laporan Tanaman Hias Diisi Secara Triwulanan Oleh Mantri Tani/Kepala Cabang Dinas KCD Pertanian Kabupaten/Kota Dan Dibuat Rangkap 4 Empat. Dokumen Asli Dikirimkan Ke BPS Provinsi, Tembusannya Dikirimkan Ke BPS Kabupaten/Kota, Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten, Dan Satu Sebagai Arsip Di KCD. 6. PENGOLAHAN Daftar SPH-TBF Hasil Pencacahan Dikumpulkan Di BPS Kabupaten/Kota Dari Setiap Kecamatan. Pengolahan Data Dilakukan Di BPS Kabupaten/Kota Dengan Menggunakan Program Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Survei Pertanian Hortikultura SIM-SPH. Pengolahan Mulai Dari Entri Data Sampai Dengan Proses Rekapitulasi Di Tingkat Kabupaten/Kota Sampai Dengan Tingkat Nasional. 7. KONSEP DAN DEFINISI Konsep Dan Definisi Yang Dijelaskan Adalah Konsep Dan Definisi Yang Digunakan Dalam Pengumpulan Data Dengan Daftar SPH- TBF, Yaitu A. Tanaman Biofarmaka Obat-Obatan Adalah Tanaman Yang Bermanfaat Sebagai Obat-Obatan Yang Dikonsumsi Based On Type Of Production, Medicinal Plants Can Be Divided Into Two Groups Non- Rhizome And Rhizome. Rhizomes Group Of Plants Consist Of Ginger Plants, Galangal, East Indian Galangal, Tumeric, Zingiber Aromaticum, Java Tumeric, Black Tumeric, Chinese Keys, And Sweet Root/Calamus, While The Non Crops Rhizome Consists Of Java Cardamom Plants, Indian Mulberry, Phaleria Macrocarpa, Verbenaceae, King Of Bitter, And Aloe Vera. 5. ORGANIZATION OF DATA COLLECTION The Report On Ornamental Plants Are Filled Quarterly By The Agricultural Extention Service KCD. Each Questionaire Is Made In 4 Four Copies. The Original Copy Is Sent To BPS - Statistics In Provincial Level, While The Others Are Sent To BPS - Statistics In Regency/Municipality Level, The Agriculture Office At Regency/Municipality, And One As An Archive At The KCD. 6. PROCESSING Register Of SPH-TBF Enumeration Results Are Collected In BPS Regency/Municipality Of Each District. Data Processing Was Performed In BPS Regency/Municipality Using Application Program Sistem Informasi Manajemen Survei Pertanian Hortikultura SIM-SPH. Data Processing Starting From Data Entry Up To Recapitulation In Regency/ Municipality Level To National Level. 7. CONCEPTS AND DEFINITION There Are Same Concepts And Definitions Used In Data Collection By SPH-TBF Medicinal Plants Documents, I.E. A. Medicinal Plant Are Plant Which Are Useful For Medicine. It Is Consumed From Part Of The Plant, Either In The Form Of Leaf, Ht Tp //W Ww .B Ps .G O. Id Ixstatistics Of Medicinal Plants Indonesia 2012 Dari Bagian Tanaman Berupa Daun, Buah, Umbi Rimpang Atau Akar. B. Luas Panen Adalah Luas Tanaman Yang Diambil Hasilnya Dan Dihitung Setiap Triwulan Dari Setiap Jenis Tanaman. Luas Panen Yang Disajikan Merupakan Luas Kotor Dari Tanaman Yang Sudah Dibongkar Seluruhnya Habis. C. Produksi Adalah Banyaknya Hasil Menurut Bentuk Hasil Yang Ditetapkan Dan Merupakan Penjumlahan Laporan Per Triwulan. D. Produktivitas Atau Hasil Persatuan Unit Adalah Hasil Bagi Antara Jumlah Produksi Habis Dan Belum Habis Triwulan I Sampai IV Dibagi Luas Panen Habis Triwulan I Sampai Triwulan IV Ditambah Luas Panen Belum Habis Triwulan IV. Ekspor Hasil Tanaman Biofarmaka Hampir Semua Jenis Biofarmaka Dibutuhkan Sebagai Bahan Baku Pembuatan Obat Tradisional/Jamu Oleh Berbagai Industri Obat Tradisional Indonesia. Ada Beberapa Jenis Biofarmaka Yang Dibutuhkan Industri Obat Tradisional Dalam Jumlah Besar, Antara Lain Jahe, Kapulaga, Temulawak , Kencur, Dan Kunyit Yang Dibutuhkan Oleh Pabrik. Rimpang Temulawak Dan Rimpang Jahe Merupakan Dua Jenis Biofarmaka Yang Banyak Dipasok Oleh Petani Untuk Industri Obat Tradisional, Baik Industri Besar Maupun Menengah, Dalam Negeri Maupun Ekspor Ke Luar Negeri. Pada Tahun 2012 Ekspor Tanaman Jahe Ke 16 Negara Mencapai Sekitar 904,7 Ton Atau Kurang Lebih Senilai 995 Juta Dolar AS. Secara Rinci Ekspor Produksi Tanaman Jahe, Kunyit, Dan Kapulaga Menurut Negara Tujuan Dapat Dilihat Pada Tabel 6, Tabel 7, Dan Tabel 8. Ekspor Terbesar Produksi Jahe Adalah Ke Negara Singapore Yang Mencapai 42,90 Persen, Untuk Kunyit Adalah Negara India Sebesar 37,80 Persen, Dan Kapulaga Adalah Negara Vietnam Sebesar 97,71 Persen. Dibandingkan Dengan Tahun 2011, Berat Dan Nilai Jahe Dan Kunyit Yang Diekspor Pada Tahun 2012 Mengalami Penurunan. Untuk Jahe Dari 1.175,5 Ton Menjadi 904,7 Ton Atau Dari 1,2 Juta Dolar AS Menjadi 995,6 Ribu Dolar AS Dan Kunyit Dari 2.725,7 Ton Menjadi 1.212,3 Ton Atau Dari 4,5 Juta Dolar AS Mejadi 2,1 Juta Dolar AS.
